1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or engaging nyza.pk (“we”, “us”, “our”) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

nyza.pk provides digital marketing, web development & e-commerce, and graphics design & animation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for any project will be agreed separately with each client before work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website (such as starting rates) are indicative and may vary based on project scope, complexity and requirements. A final quote will be shared before any engagement is confirmed.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver a project on time and to a high standard, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content and access needed to complete the work.
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable time.
• Ensure they have the rights to any content, logos or materials they provide to us for use in the project.

5. Payments

Payment terms, including any upfront deposit, milestones or monthly billing, will be agreed on a per-project basis. Work may be paused if payments are not received as agreed.

6. Revisions and project scope

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start. Requests outside the original agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for the client (such as a website or designs) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party tools, plugins, stock assets or licensed software used remain subject to their own license terms.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages, or issues arising from client-provided content, hosting or third-party platforms outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed and costs incurred up to that point remain payable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
